Descriptions: Carozox 50mg Tablets Carprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID),is commonaly used in small animal practice for its analgesic,anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic properties.Carozox is a osteoarthritis medicine for dogs. INDICATIONS: Carozox is indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and for the control of postoperative pain associated with soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries in dogs. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: 4.4 mg/kg body weight once a day or one tablet for 12 kg body weight once a day. To be administered with food or as directed by the veterinarian. OSTEOARTHRITIS MEDICINE-FOR-DOGS-ALL4PETS COMPOSITION: Each uncoated tablet contains: Carprofen IP    50 mg Excipients q.s. OSTEOARTHRITIS MEDICINE-FOR-DOGS-ALL4PETS PRECAUTIONS: Carozox is not recommended for use in dogs with bleeding disorders (e.g., Von Willebrand's disease), as safety has not been established in dogs with these disorders. The safe use of carprofen in animals less than 6 weeks of age, pregnant dogs, dogs used for breeding purposes, or in lactating bitches has not been established. Do not use in pregnant or lactating bitches. WARNING: For oral use in dogs only. Do not use in cats. Consult a physician in cases of accidental ingestion by humans. ADVERSE REACTIONS: Typical undesirable effects assicated with NSAIDs, such as vomiting, soft faeces/diarrhea, fecal occult blood, loss of appetite and lethargy have been reported. No clinically significant adverse reactions have been reported. If adverse reaction occurs, use of the product should be stopped and the advice of a veterinarian should be sought.
